Advertisers can create and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
Publishers can display ads on approved websites, blogs, or apps and earn revenue per valid click.
Users/Viewers can watch ads or videos and earn rewards.
Each user must maintain one unique account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Advertisers must pre-fund their accounts before campaigns go live.
Publishers & Users may request withdrawals once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Payouts are processed via bank transfer, mobile money, or other supported methods.
Withdrawal processing may take 24–72 hours but can be longer depending on financial institutions.
You may not:
Engage in click fraud (self-clicking, bot clicks, incentivized fake traffic).
Use misleading, harmful, or illegal ads.
Manipulate payout systems by using multiple devices/accounts.
Publish or advertise restricted content (adult, violent, fraudulent, or illegal services).
Violations will result in account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and possible legal action.
All ads are subject to review and approval before going live.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates our policies or applicable laws.
We do not guarantee specific traffic volume, clicks, or earnings.
We are not liable for losses, delays, or damages resulting from use of the platform.
Advertisers are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of their campaigns.
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, policies, or applicable laws without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
